During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in the Company’s 2007 Stock and Incentive Plan (the “SIP”), or such other equity incentive plan as is deemed appropriate by the MDCC, and to receive annual long-term equity incentive awards in a form and amount determined by the MDCC.
During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in the Company’s Annual Incentive Plan or Annual Performance Bonus Plan, as applicable (the “Bonus Plan”), with a bonus target equal to Executive’s current bonus target, subject to annual review by the MDCC.
The MDCC may not approve additional RSU awards to you unless you are in compliance with the terms of this Section 15 and the applicable SOG requirements.
