MDC Services definition

MDC Services or “Mobile Data Communications Services” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5 (Mobile Data Communications (MDC) (Wireless) Services).
MDC Services. The MDC service is designed to allow you to make deposits to your savings or checking accounts from your compatible mobile device by capturing an image of the check and delivering the images and associated deposit information to us or our designated processor.
MDC Services or “Mobile Data Communications Services” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.2 (Definitions) of Exhibit A.5 (Managed Network Services Statement of Work).

Examples of MDC Services in a sentence

  • You agree that we retain all ownership and proprietary rights in the MDC Services, associated content, technology, and website(s).

  • If another person uses the MDC Services with your mobile device, you will be responsible for their actions on the Account as well as anyone else they allow to use your mobile device.

  • Without limiting the restriction of the foregoing, you may not use the MDC Services: ● in any anti-competitive manner; ● for any purpose which would be contrary to our business interests (as deemed by us in our sole discretion); or ● to our actual or potential economic disadvantage in any aspect.

  • Without limiting the effect of the foregoing, any breach of this Agreement immediately terminates your right to use the MDC Services.

  • The MDC Services might not be available from time to time due to maintenance, technical problems or other reasons.

  • We may terminate your access to the MDC Services for any or not reason, including due to your material breach of this Agreement, your fraudulent actions or omissions with respect to your use of the MDC Services, if you become insolvent or file for bankruptcy, or if there is a change in the Rules that govern your use of the MDC Services.

  • Unless you notify us of an error within sixty (60) days after the applicable Account statement is made available to you, all deposits made through the MDC Services that appear on that statement shall be deemed correct and we will have no obligation to investigate any claim of error you make.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from the content and agree not to reverse engineer or reverse compile any of the technology used to provide the MDC Services.

  • We reserve the right to change, suspend, discontinue, or limit your use of the MDC Services, in whole or in part, immediately and at any time without prior notice to you.

  • Your use of the MDC Services is subject to and conditioned upon your complete compliance with this Agreement.

MDC Services or “Services”) offered by Neighbors Federal Credit Union (“Credit Union”, “NFCU”, “we”, “us”, “our”) to accountholders (“you”, “your” or “user”). By clicking “I Agree” when you register for our MDC Services and/or by using the MDC Services, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The MDC Services allow you to make deposits to your eligible accounts with us that we approve (“Account”) by electronically transmitting a digital image of checks to us for deposit. In order to use the Service, you must be enrolled in our Online Banking service and our Mobile Banking application must be installed on your wireless device. You acknowledge and agree that no transaction made through or using the Service is an “electronic fund transfer” as defined by the federal Electronic Fund Transfer Act and/or Regulation E of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

Related to MDC Services

  • Beta Services means Our services that are not generally available to customers.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Basic Services means the services set forth in Exhibit A. The Consultant must perform the Basic Services to the Director’s satisfaction.
