MDA Property definition

MDA Property means the Park, as defined in Paragraph 1.1 below, the "Bethel Health Care Site" as that property is defined in Paragraph 4.1 of the MDA and the "Duracell Site" as that property is defined in Paragraph 4.10 of the MDA.

  • Subject to credits and/or reimbursements available pursuant to the Impact Fee Ordinance or this Amended MDA, Property Owners agree to pay the City impact fees set forth in attached Exhibit J to this MDA (the “Project Impact Fees”) in connection with any structure built by Property Owners or any Sub-developer or by any of their respective agents, employees, contractors, or subcontractors.
