MDA Product(s) means a product that is designed for use in a cosmetic or aesthetic procedure to remove the stratum corneum layer of the epidermis with minimal collateral damage to the underlying tissue in the epidermis and the dermis.

On the tenth day (or first business day thereafter) following any month in which ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ one or more MDA Products, PW shall pay to MDA a cash fee (the “Products Fee”).
