M&D System definition
M&D System means a system used by Seller for monitoring and diagnostics of turbine-generator equipment, consisting of hardware, software, and the Power Answer Center (by whatever designation) providing real time monitoring, communication, and assessment of equipment condition, problem reporting, and corrective action recommendations.
