The Borrower shall take all actions which shall be necessary on its part to enable MCUD to perform its obligations and DAG to perform its obligations under the Project Agreement, and shall not take or permit any action which would interfere with the performance of such obligations.
The MED in coordination with MCUD and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will ensure that all works contracts under the project incorporate provisions and budgets for safeguards plans implementation.
The Borrower shall ensure that the Project Executing Agency establishes a PMU to manage the Project which shall report to both the MCUD and DAG.
