MCTOs definition

MCTOs means, collectively: (i) the management cease trade order restricting the trading in securities of the Corporation by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ issued by the British Columbia Securities Commission on May 2, 2019 9 (the “BC MCTO”); (ii) the management cease trade order restricting the trading in securities of the Corporation by ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ issued by the Ontario Securities Commission on May 3, 2019; and (iii) the management cease trade order restricting the trading in securities of the Corporation by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ deemed to be issued by the Alberta Securities Commission by way of the BC MCTO being automatically reciprocated in the Province of Alberta pursuant to a “statutory reciprocal order provision” as defined in national Policy 11-207 Failure-to-File Cease Trade Orders and Revocations in Multiple Jurisdictions;
MCTOs means the management and insider cease trade order issued by the OSC on April 19, 2007 and the management and insider cease trade order issued by the AMF on April 18, 2007.
