MCTO means management cease trade order.
MCTO means the management cease trade order issued by the OSC on April 9, 2021. “MDA” has the meaning ascribed thereto under “Regulatory FrameworkUnited Kingdom”. “MDR” has the meaning ascribed thereto under “Regulatory Framework – United Kingdom”.
