McREMI Reduction Amount definition
McREMI Reduction Amount means an amount equal to the sum of (i) the product determined by multiplying (A) the Partial McREMI Allocated Value by (B) the sum of the Partnership Percentages for each Excluded McNeil Partnership (if any) and (ii) the sum of the Second McREMI Allocated Values for each Excluded McNeil Partnership.
