If Licensee receives any Protocol implementations from another licensee under an MCPP Development Agreement (an “MCPP Licensee”) specifically for use under this Agreement, those implementations will become Implementations under this Agreement.
If any other MCPP Licensee enters into an MCPP Development Agreement that contains terms that are more advantageous to that MCPP Licensee than the terms of this Agreement, Microsoft will notify Licensee and Licensee will have the opportunity to enter into the same agreement as that other MCPP Licensee.
