MCOP definition

MCOP means Sky Multi-Country Partners, a Delaware general partnership formed pursuant to the MCOP Partnership Agreement.
MCOP has the meaning provided in the Recitals.
MCOP has the meaning set forth in Recital C of this Agreement.

  • The MCOP further certifies its continuing compliance with applicable lobbying restrictions contained in 31 U.S.C. 1352 and 45 CFR Part 93.

  • The MCOP agrees to retain all records in accordance with any litigation holds that are provided to them by ODM, and actively participate in the discovery process if required to do so, at no additional charge.

  • The MCOP agrees to promptly report to ODM any inappropriate use or disclosure of PHI that is not in accordance with this Agreement or applicable law, including a breach of unsecured PHI as required at 45 CFR 164.410 and any security incident the MCOP has knowledge of or reasonably should have knowledge of under the circumstances.

  • The MCOP’s authority to amend information is explicitly limited to information created by the MCOP.

  • This Agreement is conditioned upon the full disclosure by the MCOP to ODM of all information required for compliance with state and federal regulations.

  • Any PHI retained by the MCOP will continue to be extended the same protections set forth in this Section, HIPAA regulations and this Agreement for as long as it is maintained.

  • Atlas means Automated Transportation Logistics Activity System. ATLAS is a computerized information system to which all Shippers have access upon request. ATLAS enables Shippers to nominate and release product and to monitor and coordinate the movement of Petroleum Products while on Carrier's system.
