MCMRA definition

MCMRA means the Maryland Confidentiality of Medical Records Act, Md. Code ▇▇▇., Health-General, §4-301 et seq. as amended from time to time. Protected Health Information or "PHI" shall generally have the same meaning as the term "protected health information" at 45 C.F.R. § 160.103.

Examples of MCMRA in a sentence

  • The Vendor also agrees to comply, where applicable with the Maryland Confidentiality of Medical Records Act (MCMRA), MD Health-General Sections 4-301 et seq.
