MCIF definition

MCIF means the aggregate number of individual customer records, and the aggregate number of prospect records, of an End User in the database accessed by the VALEX Software, at the time of execution of a Sublicense for VALEX Software.
MCIF is the aggregate number of individual customers of Licensee that are contained in Licensee's database(s) which is resident on, connected to or otherwise accessible by the Designated Computer Server, which aggregate number is set forth in the Product Schedule.
MCIF shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.4.5.
