TAMC hereby engages MCHD and MCHD hereby agrees to perform the services set forth in Exhibit A: Scope of Work and Schedule, in conformity with the terms of this Agreement.

MCHD will not be reimbursed for actual costs that exceed the estimated wage rates, employee benefits, equipment rental, overhead, and other estimated costs set forth in Exhibit B: Budget.
