Moreover, the execution of the documents for effectuating the transfer in favor of the said Society shall be subject to such terms and conditions as may be prescribed by the SRA, the MCGM and/or any other concerned authorities and/or the Government and the Allottee(s) hereby agree/s and undertake/s that the Allottee(s) shall not challenge or raise a dispute with regard to any of such terms and conditions, which may be onerous in nature.
