  • The MCFS Report must be submitted for each claims processing subcontractor in accordance with this Article.

  • If TDH determines that corrections to the MCFS reports are required, based on a TDH audit/review or other documentation acceptable to TDH, to determine an adjustment to the amount of the second settlement, then final adjustment shall be made within two years from the date that HMO submits the second annual MCFS report.
