  • The undersigned understands that any such photograph or interview may be used by MCFA for television, film, video, visual, graphic or printed media.

  • The Second Party agrees to save and hold harmless all organizers, officials and staff of the MCFA from all claims of damages, demands and actions whatsoever in manner, as a result of the presence and operations of said Second Party at the Fairgrounds before, during and after the event named herein.

  • The MCFA shall retain all monies and have the right to lease said rights and privileges to other parties without notice to Second Party.

  • The undersigned agrees to RELEASE and INDEMNIFY MCFA with respect to any Claims related to the usage of such photographs or interviews by the MCFA Parties or any media.

  • CSEA agrees to participate in a joint study group to include management, MCFA, MCCDPOA and the District.

  • MCFA actively reinvests in the enterprise to improve the quality and performance of its products, as well as its overall operations.
