MCCO means the Milwaukee County Code of Ordinances in its most current and updated form, including legislation which has been enacted, but not yet codified.   • MCCO will provide essential services to the City of Madison that serve a public purpose and which further the stated objectives of the parties.

  • Contractor shall comply with all provisions imposed by or pursuant to MCCO Chapter 42 as regards Targeted Business Enterprise (“TBE”) participation on County projects, when and where applicable, and as said Ordinance may be amended.
