"Seller Stock" shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 5(e) of this Agreement. "Seller Bank" shall mean Community Bank of Central Texas, ssb, Smithville, Texas. "Seller Bank Stock" shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 5(e) of this Agreement. "Subsidiary Merger" shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 2(c) of this Agreement. "Subsidiary Plan of Merger" shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 2(c) of this Agreement. "Superior Proposal" shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section10(a) of this Agreement.
