Examples of MCA Projects in a sentence

  • The Borrower shall require its contractors and subcontractors at all tiers for each Funded MCA Project to comply in all material respects with all applicable federal and State laws in respect of such MCA Projects.

  • The FTA Regional Office and the TIFIA Lender (a) will enforce only those federal laws, regulations, and guidance that apply to the Funded MCA Projects and (b) will not enforce federal laws, regulations, and guidance that do not apply to the Funded MCA Projects.

  • Ongoing Project means a multi-year project undertaken by a Company in fulfilment of its CSR obligation having timelines not exceeding three years excluding the financial year in which it was commenced, and shall include such project that was initially not approved as a multi-year project but whose duration has been extended beyond one year by the board based on reasonable justification;
