The donor MBU may donate a maximum of five (5) sick leave days for every thirty (30) or more days of accumulated sick leave.
Nothing in the foregoing shall preclude a MBU from participating in any voluntary program upon terms mutually agreeable to the District and the MBU.
Days donated in excess of this amount will be held in reserve and credited to the MBU only if needed.
The donor MBU will designate the donation in the name of the MBU to receive the donation.

If, however, such informal processes fail to satisfy the MBU, a grievance may be processed.
Once a MBU has reported unavailability, it shall be the responsibility of the administration to arrange for a substitute.
No MBU shall have more than one regular period of fifteen minutes or less per day.
