MBU definition

MBU shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the recitals to this Lease.
MBU is any member of the bargaining unit covered by this agreement.

Examples of MBU in a sentence

  • The donor MBU may donate a maximum of five (5) sick leave days for every thirty (30) or more days of accumulated sick leave.

  • Nothing in the foregoing shall preclude a MBU from participating in any voluntary program upon terms mutually agreeable to the District and the MBU.

  • Days donated in excess of this amount will be held in reserve and credited to the MBU only if needed.

  • The donor MBU will designate the donation in the name of the MBU to receive the donation.

  • Accordingly, if any provision of this Agreement or any application to any MBU covered hereby, shall be found contrary to law by legislative act or court of competent jurisdiction, such provision or application shall have effect in the law only to the extent permitted by law, but all other provisions or applications of this Agreement shall nevertheless continue in full force and effect.

  • The MBU recipient will be credited with the number of days donated, up to a maximum of one week after their projected return to work.

  • Assignments shall not be changed without prior consultation with the MBU; however, if the assignment must be changed before the MBU reports to work the following year, and every reasonable effort has been made to consult without success, the MBU will then be notified in writing.

  • If, however, such informal processes fail to satisfy the MBU, a grievance may be processed.

  • Once a MBU has reported unavailability, it shall be the responsibility of the administration to arrange for a substitute.

  • No MBU shall have more than one regular period of fifteen minutes or less per day.

Related to MBU

  • BEO means a written order issued by the Contractor to the Judicial Council that confirms the Judicial Council’s specific instructions and orders with respect to the Program on any one or more of the following, but does not alter any of the Agreement’s terms and conditions: (i) meeting and/or function room(s) and set-up requirements and/or rental charges; (ii) meal menus and prices and set-up requirements; and/or (iii) audio-visual equipment and set-up requirements and/or rental charges. ▇▇▇’s will be approved and signed by the Judicial Council’s representative, as set forth in Exhibit B.

  • TELRIC means Total Element Long-Run Incremental Cost.

  • EUMA means the “SAP Delivered Support Agreement” which sets out the terms and conditions under which SAP provides support to End Users and which will be provided by SAP on a deal by deal basis.

  • Seaplane means a fixed wing aircraft which is designed for taking off and landing on water and includes amphibians operated as seaplanes;

  • SAQA means the South African Qualifications Authority;
