MBM Contract definition
MBM Contract means that certain Distribution Agreement by and between ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Food Systems, Inc. and Meadowbrook Meat Company, Inc. d/b/a MBM, Inc. dated as of January 1, 2003 (including all exhibits and schedules thereto), as the same may be modified, amended or supplemented.
