  • Failure to provide a copy of any subcontractor agreement may be deemed a violation of the rules governing MBE/WBE procurement and may result in sanctions allowable under 25 IAC 5-7-8.

  • All such arbitrations shall be initiated by the MBE/WBE filing a demand for arbitration with the AAA; shall be conducted by the AAA; and held in Chicago, Illinois.
