MBAG Data definition
MBAG Data means any and all data, (i) which MBAG itself, a company affiliated with MBAG (§§ 15 et seq. AktG) or a third party commissioned by MBAG provides to the Partner or a third party commissioned by the Partner and/or (ii) which is created, collected, stored or used in the course of utilizing the Partner's Parts and services for vehicles or during vehicle use or in the vehicle (including control units or sensors), and (iii) which is generated or derived from such data. The foregoing applies to such data in their entirety and in their respective form.
MBAG Data means any and all data, (i) which MBAG itself, a company affiliated with MBAG (§§ 15 et seq. AktG) or a third party commissioned by MBAG provides to the Partner or a third party commissioned by the Partner and/or (ii) which is created, collected, stored or used in the course of utilizing the Partner's work, goods and services for vehicles or during vehicle use or in the vehicle (including control units or sensors), and (iii) which is generated or derived from such data. The foregoing applies to such data in their entirety and in their respective form. MBAG Data does not include, for instance, the Partner’s own components, hardware, software, IT systems, source codes, sketches, development services and any work results yielded therefrom.
