Fax Funding Delivery Date definition
Fax Funding Delivery Date means (a) with respect to any Originated Financing Contract, IKON Originated Financing Contract, SLG Financing Contract or Federal Financing Contract with respect to which the Transfer Date in respect of the Equipment related thereto occurs during the 90- day period commencing on the date hereof, the date that is 30 days after such Transfer Date, and (b) with respect to any Originated Financing Contract, IKON Originated Financing Contract, SLG Financing Contract or Federal Financing Contract with respect to which the Transfer Date in respect of the Equipment related thereto occurs more than 90 days after the date hereof, the date that is 20 days after such Transfer Date.
Fax Funding Delivery Date. “Financing Contract”, “Residual” and “Written-Off Financing Contract” are hereby amended by replacing the words “the date hereof” contained therein with the words “the Effective Date”.
Fax Funding Delivery Date means (a) with respect to any Originated Financing Contract where the Transfer Date in respect the related Equipment occurs during the 90-day period (or such other period as GE and IKON may agree) commencing on the Closing Date, the date that is 30 days after such Transfer Date, and (b) with respect to any Originated Financing Contract where the Transfer Date in respect of the related Equipment occurs more than 90 days (or such other number of days as GE and IKON may agree) after the Closing Date, the date that is 20 days after such Transfer Date.
Examples of Fax Funding Delivery Date in a sentence
If an IKON Company fails to provide to GE an original executed copy of an Originated Financing Contract by the Fax Funding Delivery Date with respect thereto, then IKON will be required to repurchase such Originated Financing Contract and related Equipment from GE for the Net Book Value thereof, on an “AS-IS, WHERE-IS” basis, without representation, warranty or recourse of any kind, other than Agreed Warranties, within one (1) Business Day after such Fax Funding Delivery Date.
