Maximum Target definition

Maximum Target has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(a)(iii).
Maximum Target is the goal past the target where the amount of incentive money reaches its ceiling (and thus incentive payments are capped). The maximum target will be more difficult to achieve, but attainable with exceptional skill and effort.
Maximum Target has the meaning set forth in Section 3(c).

  • The Board or the Compensation Committee shall review the Bonus Policy at least once a year to determine whether the Maximum Target Bonus should be increased effective January 1 of any year during the Term, or whether any additional changes should be made to the Bonus Policy effective January 1 of any year.

Maximum Target means $24,827,821 of EBITDA for 1994. The "EBITDA Factor" shall mean the quotient obtained by dividing (i) the difference between actual EBITDA for fiscal 1994 and the Minimum Target for such year by (ii) the difference between the Maximum Target and the Minimum Target for such year. After fiscal year 1994, the Executive shall be entitled to a bonus pursuant to the terms of an Executive Bonus Plan to be adopted by the Board.

  • Soft Target means a target that will suffer minimum damage and cause minimum damage to the subject vehicle in the event of a collision.
