Maximum Suction Pressure definition

Maximum Suction Pressure is defined in Article XI.

Examples of Maximum Suction Pressure in a sentence

  • In the event Gatherer fails to operate the Pressure Point at or below the Maximum Suction Pressure for ninety (90) consecutive days or one hundred twenty (120) days within any calendar year, Shipper may then provide notice of non-performance to Gatherer.

  • Consequently, Gatherer is making its best estimate that pressures at the Pressure Point shall be at or below the Maximum Suction Pressure for Shipper’s MDQ.

  • Such Maximum Suction Pressure shall be measured at the proposed point to be located in or around ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ 25 East (“Pressure Point”).

  • Gatherer will then have thirty (30) days to lower the pressure to a level at or below the Maximum Suction Pressure or provide Shipper with a mutually agreeable plan to lower the Maximum Suction Pressure to a level at or below the Maximum Suction Pressure.

  • Shipper understands that Gatherer has not yet installed the necessary additional Gathering Facilities to gather Shipper’s Low Btu Gas (“System Reinforcements”) required to meet the Maximum Suction Pressure for Shipper’s MDQ.
