Maximum Structure Height definition

Maximum Structure Height means the vertical distance from grade to ridge. See Section 7 for further definitions and restrictions on Maximum Structure Height. See Figure 03 appended to this Ordinance.

Related to Maximum Structure Height

  • Maximum Special Tax means the maximum Special Tax, determined in accordance with Section C below, that can be levied in any Fiscal Year on any Assessor’s Parcel.

  • Annual Special Tax means the Special Tax actually levied in any Fiscal Year on any Assessor’s Parcel.

  • Sustainability Structuring Agent means ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Securities LLC, in its capacity as sustainability structuring agent hereunder.

  • Limited Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2017/2018 Delivery Year, a difference between the clearing price for Limited Demand Resources and the clearing price for Extended Summer Demand Resources and Annual Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Extended Summer Demand Resources or Annual Resources out of merit order when the Limited Resource Constraint is binding.

  • Support Structure means a structure in a public right-of-way other than a Pole or a Tower to which a Wireless Facility is attached at the time of the Application.
