Maximum speed (vmax) definition
Maximum speed (vmax) means the maximum speed of a vehicle as declared by the manufac- turer according to Regulation No. 68 and not that which may be artificially restricted;
Maximum speed (vmax) means the maximum speed of a vehicle as defined by the Contracting Party. In the absence of a definition, the maximum speed shall be declared by the manufacturer according to Regulation No. 68. An artificially restricted maximum speed shall not apply as vmax;
