Maximum Service Level definition

Maximum Service Level means the highest Service Level, providing the highest level of System Capacity, which shall be not less than the Design Capacity.

Related to Maximum Service Level

  • Service Level means the standard set forth below by which IBM measures the level of service it provides in this SLA.
