Maximum Revolving Loan Commitment definition

Maximum Revolving Loan Commitment means Fifty-Five Million and No/100 Dollars ($55,000,000).
Maximum Revolving Loan Commitment of any Lender shall mean the Commitment Percentage of such Lender multiplied by the Maximum Revolving Advance Amount.

Maximum Revolving Loan Commitment means the lesser of (i) the Initial Revolving Loan Commitment, or (ii) the Adjusted Revolving Loan Commitment as determined pursuant to Section 2.04(d) of this Agreement.
