MAXIMUM REPAYMENT AMOUNT definition
MAXIMUM REPAYMENT AMOUNT means, at any Instalment Date, an amount equal to (a) the product of (i) the commitments in effect under such credit facility or other debt instrument as of the date of incurrence thereof and (ii) the principal amount of Advances required to be repaid on that Instalment Date pursuant to Clause 7(a) (Repayment) divided by (b) the Commitments in effect on the date hereof.
MAXIMUM REPAYMENT AMOUNT means $15,000,000.
