Maximum Repayable Amount definition

Maximum Repayable Amount means the Actual Nominal Value of the Series B (Notes), decreased by the payments in the increment account of the par value made by the Series B Noteholders in the eighteen months prior to the relevant repayment date.

Related to Maximum Repayable Amount

  • Advance Amount means, with respect to any Asset for which any Liquidation Proceeds are received, the product of (i) the Maximum Advance Rate and (ii) the Collateral Balance of such Asset immediately prior to the sale or payment that gave rise to such Liquidation Proceeds.

  • Net advance amount means the gross advance amount less the aggregate amount of the actual and estimated transfer expenses required to be disclosed under section 3(e).

  • Maximum Revolving Advance Amount means $25,000,000.

  • Maximum Advance Amount shall not exceed Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000) or two hundred (200%) percent of the average daily volume based on the trailing ten (10) days preceding the Drawdown Notice date whichever is of a larger value.
