Maximum Quantities definition

Maximum Quantities means the maximum quantities of MRI Product Units which Pharmacyclics is entitled to purchase from Burrxxxxx Xxxlcome annually pursuant to Subsection 2.1(a) of the Supply Agreement (or a comparable section of a substantially similar supply agreement).
Maximum Quantities shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.
Maximum Quantities means, either the Initial Forecast Maximum Quantities (with respect to an Initial Forecast) or the Rolling Forecast Maximum Quantities (with respect to the Rolling Forecasts), as the case may be), and (c) the [*] of the Rolling Forecast shall be non-binding.

Maximum Quantities shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.2.
Maximum Quantities means the scope limitations applicable to Customer’s license rights to access and use the Subscription Services, as specified in the applicable Order Form.

Related to Maximum Quantities

  • Maximum Daily Quantity means the daily volume of Gas or Liquids, expressed in 103m3, identified in a Shipper's Interruptible Transportation Service Agreement that Transporter agrees to receive from Shipper under Toll Schedule Interruptible Full Path Service, Toll Schedule Interruptible Receipt Service or Toll Schedule Interruptible Delivery Service, as applicable.

  • Bills of Quantities means the priced and completed Bill of Quantities forming part of the tender[where applicable].
