Maximum Potential Energy definition
Maximum Potential Energy means the maximum amount of energy in MWh that the Generating Facility is capable of delivering based upon the lower of (i) PMax and (ii) the capacity available as reported in OMS.

Energy year or "EY" means the 12-month period from June 1st
Excess Compensation means Compensation in excess of the following Integration Level: (Choose (1) or (2))
Annual Energy Use means, (i) with respect to the first year following the Effective Date, the annual electricity usage, expressed in kilowatt hours (“kWh”), within the Party’s respective jurisdiction and (ii) with respect to the period after the anniversary of the Effective Date, the annual electricity usage, expressed in kWh, of accounts within a Party’s respective jurisdiction that are served by the Authority; and
Potential electrical output capacity means thirty-three percent (33%) of a unit's maximum design heat input, divided by three thousand four hundred thirteen (3,413) Btu/kilowatt hour, divided by one thousand (1,000) kilowatt hour/megawatt hour, and multiplied by eight thousand seven hundred sixty (8,760) hours/year.
Maximum Generation Emergency means an Emergency declared by the Office of the Interconnection to address either a generation or transmission emergency in which the Office of the Interconnection anticipates requesting one or more Generation Capacity Resources, or Non- Retail Behind The Meter Generation resources to operate at its maximum net or gross electrical power output, subject to the equipment stress limits for such Generation Capacity Resource or Non-Retail Behind The Meter resource in order to manage, alleviate, or end the Emergency.
