Maximum Permitted Time definition
Maximum Permitted Time means (a) with respect to Section 6.01(a), the latest date for the delivery of annual financial statements on Form 10-K (or other applicable form) pursuant to the rules of the SEC in effect at such time, including any applicable grace period for which no special application to the SEC is required, and (b) with respect to Section 6.01(b), the latest date for the delivery of quarterly financial statements on Form 10-Q (or other applicable form) pursuant to the rules of the SEC in effect at such time, including any applicable grace period for which no special application to the SEC is required.
