  • Maximum Permissible Amount The lesser of (i) $30,000 (or, if greater, one-fourth of the defined benefit dollar limitation under Code Section 415(b)(1)(A)), or (ii) 25% of the Participant's Compensation for the Limitation Year.   • Maximum Permissible Rate means, with respect to interest payable on any amount, the rate of interest on such amount that, if exceeded, could, under Applicable Law, result in (a) civil or criminal penalties being imposed on the payee or (b) the payee's being unable to enforce payment of (or, if collected, to retain) all or any part of such amount or the interest payable thereon.

  • Technically permissible maximum laden mass means the maximum mass allocated to a vehicle on the basis of its construction features and its design performances.

  • Single event permit means a permit issued in accordance with Chapter 9, Part 3, Single Event Permit.

  • Maximum Generation Emergency means an Emergency declared by the Office of the Interconnection to address either a generation or transmission emergency in which the Office of the Interconnection anticipates requesting one or more Generation Capacity Resources, or Non- Retail Behind The Meter Generation resources to operate at its maximum net or gross electrical power output, subject to the equipment stress limits for such Generation Capacity Resource or Non-Retail Behind The Meter resource in order to manage, alleviate, or end the Emergency.
