  • Each Purchase Order shall specify, subject to the Annual Maximum Order Quantity, the quantities of Units of each Contracted Product to be delivered, and, subject to the Lead Time, the proposed Delivery Date and the delivery location(s) for such quantities of Units of each Contracted Product.

  • This data shall include, but is not limited to: Authority and Supplier Item ID; Short Product Description; Long Product Description; Unit of Measure; Unit of Purchase Quantity; Unit Price; Minimum Order Quantity; Maximum Order Quantity; Quantity Interval; Lead Time; Image; EOQ; EAN code; Country of origin; (o) Restricted items.

  • The Offeror shall identify the manufacturers (and their location) for all critical components, materials and subassemblies required to manufacture the CWB, as well as project the availability of these critical items to meet the Maximum Order Quantity (as defined in the Total Evaluated Price attachment), throughout the base period of the contract.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Protalix shall have no obligation to supply Drug Product [***] in excess of the Maximum Order Quantity for the Territory.

Related to Maximum Order Quantity

  • Minimum Order Quantity means the minimum number of batches of a Product to be produced during the same cycle of manufacturing as set forth in a Product Agreement on Schedule B;

  • Maximum Daily Quantity means the daily volume of Gas or Liquids, expressed in 103m3, identified in a Shipper's Interruptible Transportation Service Agreement that Transporter agrees to receive from Shipper under Toll Schedule Interruptible Full Path Service, Toll Schedule Interruptible Receipt Service or Toll Schedule Interruptible Delivery Service, as applicable.

  • Type B quantity means a quantity of radioactive material greater than a Type A quantity.

  • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.

  • Type A quantity means a quantity of radioactive material, the aggregate radioactivity of which does not exceed A1 for special form radioactive material or A2 for normal form radio- active material, where A1 and A2 are given in Appendix O or may be determined by procedures described in Appendix O.
