Maximum Notional Amount. As of any Determination Date and Class of Exchangeable Certificates that are Interest Only Certificates, the portion of the Maximum Initial Notional Amount that would be outstanding assuming all the Certificates of each Related Exchangeable REMIC Class have been exchanged.
