Maximum Note Amount definition

Maximum Note Amount means, with respect to any Eligible Aircraft, 80% of the Appraised Value of such Eligible Aircraft based on appraisals obtained pursuant to subsection 5.10 of such Eligible Aircraft made within 30 days prior to the purchase thereof and giving effect to the proposed modifications of such Eligible Aircraft pursuant to a Modification Agreement.
Maximum Note Amount means an amount equal to the lesser of (a) $200,000,000 and (b) the aggregate amount of the Revolving Commitments held by all of the Note Purchasers.
Maximum Note Amount means the greater of (i) a principal amount of $350,000,000 and (ii) an amount equal to the aggregate principal amount of all Qualifying Notes Debt.

  • In no event shall the sum of the aggregate outstanding principal balance of the Notes exceed the lesser of (i) the Borrowing Base and (ii) the Maximum Note Amount.
