Maximum Matrix Value definition
Maximum Matrix Value means the value for each tier of Abuse Type (labeled as such in the Claims Matrix and more specifically defined and described in Article VIII.B) that represents the maximum Allowed Claim Amount achievable through the matrix calculation for an Allowed Abuse Claim assigned to a given tier after application of the Scaling Factors described in Article VIII.C.
