Maximum LC Amount means the aggregate of each LC Amount in an amount not to exceed $450 million.

Maximum LC Amount means an amount equal to 98.04% of the Sterling (a) purchased by the Payee with the proceeds of the Term B Loans (at the Fixed Exchange Rate) deposited and on hand with the LC Bank as Payee Deposit, and (b) deposited by Payer and on hand with LC Bank as Payer Deposit, as such amount may be reduced and increased from time to time pursuant to Section 3.01, 3.02 or 3.03.
