Maximum Inventory Loan Amount definition

Maximum Inventory Loan Amount means (a) with respect to Inventory from Borrower’s performance chemical division, an amount not to exceed $15,000,000 and (b) with respect to Inventory from Borrower’s decorative products division, an amount not to exceed $21,000,000.

Maximum Inventory Loan Amount means $30,000,000.
