Maximum Initial Principal Balance definition

Maximum Initial Principal Balance. As to each Class of Exchangeable REMIC Certificates and Exchangeable Certificates, the Maximum Initial Principal Balance for such Class set forth in Section 11.05.
Maximum Initial Principal Balance means, on any date of determination, the lowest Series Maximum Initial Principal Balance with respect to any Series of Outstanding Notes.
Maximum Initial Principal Balance or “Minimum Initial Principal Balance” to conform to applicable state regulations, in each case, in accordance with Section 14.01.
