Maximum Incentive Amount definition

Maximum Incentive Amount for any Quarter means the sum of (a) the product of (x) the total Common Units Outstanding on the Record Date for such Quarter multiplied by (y) the Maximum Incentive Threshold, plus (b) $39,250,000.00;
Maximum Incentive Amount means the maximum amount of Economic Development Funds payable under the terms of this Agreement, which is the collective sum of One Million and No/100 Dollars ($1,000,000.00).
Maximum Incentive Amount means SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($680,000.00).
