Maximum Generation definition

Maximum Generation means a Balancing Service provided from the Available BM Units by generating at a level above the MEL so as to increase the total export of Active Power from the Power Station to the National Electricity Transmission System, contributing towards The Company’s requirement for additional short-term generation output, all as more particularly described in Paragraph 4.2;
Maximum Generation has the meaning set forth in Appendix J.

More Definitions of Maximum Generation

Maximum Generation means (i) for each hour, the product of the Project Net Capacity for such hour, expressed in MW, and one hundred fifty percent (150%); and (ii) for each Contract Year, the result of the following equation, provided that such result shall not exceed 1,620,600 MWh unless mutually agreed upon by the Parties: Maximum Generation (in MWh) = Where:
Maximum Generation means, for each hour, 46 MW.
Maximum Generation means (i) for each Contract Year, the value in MWh set forth beside such Contract Year under Maximum Generation in the table attached hereto as Appendix J, and (ii) for each hour, twenty three (23) MW, provided that, Seller may increase such amount from time to time upon thirty (30) days advance written notice up to twenty five (25) MW total in the event that Facility is able to deliver such increased amount at the Point of Delivery.

Related to Maximum Generation

  • Normal Maximum Generation means the highest output level of a generating resource under normal operating conditions.

  • Normal Minimum Generation means the lowest output level of a generating resource under normal operating conditions.

  • Maximum Generation Emergency means an Emergency declared by the Office of the Interconnection to address either a generation or transmission emergency in which the Office of the Interconnection anticipates requesting one or more Generation Capacity Resources, or Non- Retail Behind The Meter Generation resources to operate at its maximum net or gross electrical power output, subject to the equipment stress limits for such Generation Capacity Resource or Non-Retail Behind The Meter resource in order to manage, alleviate, or end the Emergency.

  • Maximum Generation Emergency Alert means an alert issued by the Office of the Interconnection to notify PJM Members, Transmission Owners, resource owners and operators, customers, and regulators that a Maximum Generation Emergency may be declared, for any Operating Day in either, as applicable, the Day-ahead Energy Market or the Real-time Energy Market, for all or any part of such Operating Day. Maximum Run Time:

  • Minimum Generation Emergency means an Emergency declared by the Office of the Interconnection in which the Office of the Interconnection anticipates requesting one or more generating resources to operate at or below Normal Minimum Generation, in order to manage, alleviate, or end the Emergency.

If the electrical circuit is divided by galvanic isolation, the working voltage is defined for each divided circuit, respectively.

  • Exceedance means a condition that is detected by monitoring that provides data in terms of an emission limitation or standard and that indicates that emissions (or opacity) are greater than the applicable emission limitation or standard (or less than the applicable standard in the case of a percent reduction requirement) consistent with any averaging period specified for averaging the results of the monitoring.

  • Electric utility steam generating unit means any steam electric generating unit that is constructed for the purpose of supplying more than one-third of its potential electric output capacity and more than 25 MW electrical output to any utility power distribution system for sale. Any steam supplied to a steam distribution system for the purpose of providing steam to a steam-electric generator that would produce electrical energy for sale is also considered in determining the electrical energy output capacity of the affected facility.

  • high voltage means the classification of an electric component or circuit, if its working voltage is > 60 V and ≤ 1500 V DC or > 30 V and ≤ 1000 V AC root mean square (rms).

  • Maximum Daily Limit means the maximum allowable "Daily Concentration" (defined above) when expressed as a concentration (e.g. mg/l), otherwise, it means the maximum allowable "Daily Quantity" as defined above, unless it is expressed as a flow quantity. If expressed as a flow quantity it means "Maximum Daily Flow" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA.
