Maximum Delinquency Rate definition
Maximum Delinquency Rate means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the percentage equivalent of a fraction (i) the numerator of which is the aggregate Outstanding Principal Balance of all Delinquent Receivables (other than Charged-Off Receivables) that are Pledged Receivables as of the last day of such Monthly Period and (ii) the denominator of which is the aggregate Outstanding Principal Balance of all Receivables (other than Charged-Off Receivables) that are Pledged Receivables as of the last day of such Monthly Period.
Maximum Delinquency Rate means 14.5%.
Maximum Delinquency Rate shall be defined in the Trust and Security Agreement as: 7.0%.
