Maximum Day Rates cannot be exceeded throughout the life of the Framework Agreement.

To the extent that the Supplier is able to decrease all or part of the Maximum Day Rates and or Percentage Discounts it shall promptly notify CCS in writing and such reduction shall be implemented in accordance with the Implementation of adjusted Maximum Day Rates and or Percentage Discounts.
