Maximum Contacts definition

Maximum Contacts means the maximum number of Marketing Contacts you are permitted to use with the Subscription Service as identified in your Order Form, plus any Marketing Contacts added as part of an upgrade.

Examples of Maximum Contacts in a sentence

  • The Subscription Fee will remain fixed during the Subscription Term unless you (i) exceed your Maximum Contacts, Users or other applicable limits (see Section 2.2 above), (ii) upgrade products or base packages, or (iii) subscribe to additional features or products, including additional Contacts.

  • The Subscription Fee will increase during the course of a Billing Period if you exceed your Maximum Contacts or Users in a Billing Period.

  • The Annual or Monthly Subscription Fee will remain fixed during the Subscription Term unless you: (i) exceed your Maximum Contacts, Campaigns, or keywords, (ii) upgrade products or base packages, or (iii) subscribe to additional features or products, including additional Contacts, campaigns and keywords.

Related to Maximum Contacts

  • Customer Contact means the individual(s), whether a contract manager, category consultant or otherwise, who are to act for the Customer as the day to day point of contact for communications from the Contractor to the Customer in relation to the Contract, being the individual(s) identified in Section 2 of the Contract Schedule or otherwise notified to the Contractor from time to time;

  • Maximum contaminant level means the maximum permissible level of a contaminant in water which is delivered to any user of a public water system.

  • Maximum contaminant level goal or “MCLG” means the maximum level of a contaminant in drinking water at which no known or anticipated adverse effect on the health of persons would occur, and which allows an adequate margin of safety. MCLGs are nonenforceable health goals.

  • Direct contact means the contact of persons with high voltage live parts.

  • Primary Contact means the individual a Proponent (that has submitted a Proposal), designates to represent the Proponent during the competitive process associated with this RFP. There can be only one (1) Primary Contact.
