Maximum Cap Amount definition
Maximum Cap Amount means, with respect to an Individual Portfolio, the product of the Cap Rate, Agreed Volume and the applicable Guarantee Rate.

For the avoidance of doubt, any payments made pursuant to Section 5.5 and/or Section 7.6 shall not be applied against the Maximum Cap Amount.
